New Hands-On Monthly Maintenance Offerings

We are excited to announce that FireSpike is adding two new tiers to our Hands-On Monthly Maintenance for WordPress websites—designed especially for our customers who are hosted with us. (Remember, our Hands-On Monthly Maintenance is the same price whether you’re hosted with us or not, so if you’re signed up for our HOMM service, but not hosted with us, now’s the time to consider getting that additional savings!)

We’re calling the current plan the “Essential” level, and that’s $29.95 per month or $24.95 per month if paid in advance. Every month FireSpike checks on your domain registration (so you don’t lose your web address!), makes sure your site is backed up, scans for malware, updates WordPress and plugins, checks the site to make sure nothing broke, and tests the contact forms (to be sure you’re not losing valuable leads).

The next level up, available starting now, is our “Premium” level. This includes everything in the Essential level, plus automatic weekly malware scans, performance speed check and review of your website on mobile devices, to find and fix basic issues or recommend improvements. Our Premium Hands-On Monthly Maintenance will be $59.95 per month or $54.95 per month if paid for a year in advance.

The new top-level Hands-On Monthly Maintenance plan is our “Elite” plan. This includes everything in the Premium plan, PLUS one half hour of our Search Engine Optimization service. This includes 3 keyword phrases customized to your website, ranking report on those keyword phrases, review of user traffic, data on top 10 user traffic locations, and suggestions for improvement. The Elite plan is $119.95 per month, or $114.95 per month paid for one year in advance.
